Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing |
Starting end of October 2016 for 12 months
Up £21 - 23 per hour (dependent on experience)
One of our Midlands leading Housing Developers is now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager; who ideally has previous experience working on Spec New Build Housing Schemes of various build types and sizes.
Senior Site Manager required to work on approximately 300 units' new build 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses in Lincoln.
Senior Site Manager Role:
Senior Site Manager will manage all site resources including labour, plant and materials as well as on-site health and safety and client customer service. As a Senior Site Manager you will also be expected to take ownership of site issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
Senior Site Manager will be required to monitor all site activity against quality standards, productivity targets and deadlines. Senior Site Manager will be responsible for identifying overspend and highlighting potential savings. It is essential that you are able to maintain control of sub-contractor time through itemising, programming and authorising as appropriate. Communication is key, and you will need to liaise with other teams within the company to update them on the progress of the project.
Senior Site Manager will have experience of working in the house building industry, and have experience of meeting NHBC standards. It is important that you have a broad understanding of all trades and have a thorough knowledge of the construction process. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and be computer literate.
Senior Site Manager Requirements:
* Experience of Managing High Spec New Build Residential projects is ideal
* Senior Site Manager must have up to date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
