Preparing, processing and selecting of estimates, bids and tenders
Assist in the development of the procurement programme
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts for designated jobs/contracts
Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the client
Prepare monthly valuation reports for Senior Management/Directors
Submit invoices for certified value and liaise with the Financial Director re receiving payments on time.
Value and authorise payments to sub contractors
Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the job specification and requirements
Attend work sites as necessary to prepare cost/valuation information for both SBU and Clients.
Liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and the Client to establish job specification and requirements
Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or clients when necessary
Monitor the contract progress, assess and report any changes that may effect project costs and or time scale
Assist in the control of individual contract budgets
Ensure all necessary contract documentation/reports are accurate and produced on time
Ensure individual job information complies with Health, safety and welfare requirements
Ensure own work complies with Company procedure and health, safety and welfare.
Ensure job/contract information complies with legal and statutory requirements
Ensure information is accurately recorded and filed as appropriate
Support Senior Management/Directors in meeting the business needs
Deal with client queries and or communications professionally
Knowledge and experience working with NEC 3 contract
Knowledge of Sage Construction beneficial
