An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well established family business with easy access to local transport routes.

You will be working alongside a small team within this busy construction firm, assisting will all functions to allow a smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:-
Data Entry on Excel
Inputting invoice detail
Preparing quotations using Word
Working closely with the director to call clients and ensure payments are made on time
Keeping the office generally clean and tidy
Ordering stationary
Answering busy telephones and taking detailed messages
Assisting Accounts team with any duties during busy times
Franking post and taking to post office

To be considered for this role you will be:-
Educated to A'Level standard or equivalent
Have worked in an office environment previously
Experience of using photocopiers, printers, franking machine
Word, Excel, Outlook (basic understanding)
