Site Manager (Regional Contractor)
Are you a Site Manager looking for a new opportunity with a reputable East Midlands based contractor?
My client is one of Derby's most successful regional contractors who due to a steady increase in partnering agreements are seeking to recruit a Site Manager with a proven track record working for a Main or Regional Contractor. As a general contractor they operate across a wide array of sectors such as healthcare, commercial, residential and education and are currently involved in a number of successful partnering agreements.
As a Site Manager you will be the Number 1 on site responsible for Health & Safety, managing trades and labour, programme, quality and liaising with the Client, architects, engineers and local authorities - it will your job to deliver the project on time, to budget and to the complete satisfaction of the Client.
Projects will include design & build, refurbishment, renovations, extensions and new builds will range up to £5m. To be successful in your application you must have experience as a Site Manager for a Main or Regional Contractor managing projects on a similar value and possess SMSTS, CSCS and a full First Aid Certificate.
My client has a number of on-going contracts across the East Midlands and holds a healthy order book for 2016/2017; a number of which are part of partnership and framework agreements which run for 5 years+.
The work is varied in sector and build offering experience in a broad range of contract types, values and complexities.
