My client are one of the top 10 national house builders that specialise in the development of mid - high end new build housing. They have multiple office throughout the UK with one based in the Chiltern area, that covers development throughout the Chiltern, Oxforshire and Gloucestershire area.

They currently have a development of 160 units in Witney consisting of traditional build 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bed apartments. They already have a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager and a Trainee Assistant Site Manager for this development but they are currently looking for 2 x Assistant Site Managers to join this team. Candidates must have at least 3 - 4 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager working for a volume house builder and must be based around the Oxfordshire area. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay between £30k - £40k + package.


Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
