A large Telecoms company are looking to expand their exceptional sales team. Whether you are an experienced sales advisor, field sales agent or have very little experience in sales, we would like to hear from you! My client is looking for energetic and target driven candidates join a fast paced in-house sales team who are all passionate about what they do!

With an immediate start, excellent uncapped commission structure and full training provided there isnt a better time to join the business. My client is one of the UKs market leaders in providing telecoms to both large businesses and SMEs as well as consumers. Your primary responsibilities would be to drive sales of the companys product portfolio through pro-active outbound calls to small & medium businesses within the business database.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of success in B2B tele sales along with possessing a technology knowhow and the ability to provide a quality solution to a clients need. You will also need to be confident and have the ability to build and develop rapport with clients, but more importantly understand the difference between a contact and a decision maker. To be successful in this role you will need to be a consistent achiever, motivated by performance targets and be a team player to fit in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role you must have the following requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound B2B sales

• Telecoms background with a technology knowhow

• The ability to exceed set activity and performance targets, as agreed with the Desk Sales manager

• Demonstrable ability to communicate information effectively

• Ability to learn and take on board coaching and development
