As Senior Customer Insight Analyst, you are responsible for managing secondary data analysis, research technology, and operational excellence of the research team. You will collaborate with the primary research team to deliver insights which impact the entire business, including sales, customer experience, marketing and product development. |
-Identify market opportunities and report on industry and consumer trends that impact the company.
-Identify, recommend and implement improvements in research collection, analytics and reporting.
-This person will also track and report on operational metrics of the team to help us deliver research excellence and continuously improve what we do for the business.
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, research or analytics
-Analytical skills, with an ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
-Hands-on, and fast-paced environment, with ability to manage a network of suppliers and leverage cutting-edge research methods and technologies.
-Background in Research or Analytics (preferably with knowledge of Financial Services)
-An in-depth understanding of data sources.
-Experience communicating complex ideas/topics clearly and concisely in prose and PowerPoint
