ServiceNow Business Analyst - Contract - Central Manchester |
ServiceNow Business Analyst to have Public Sector (Council background). The ServiceNow Business Analyst will have a specific focus/alignment with the three Directorates: Corporate Core, Children & Families, Growth & Neighbourhoods, although they will be required to work flexibly across all directorates if the workload demands it.
ServiceNow Business Analyst Technical requirements (Role Specific)
Qualified to ITIL foundation level
Experience of ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow
Be able to investigate current E2E delivery processes within different business areas and document the processes (such as new starter, laptop provisioning etc).
Be able to pull together the different personnel into workshops to help understand the processes identified and how they can be improved.
Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Experience of undertaking detailed Business Analysis role within a large and complex organisation.
To work flexibly including out of core hours as required to meet customer demand and service requirements.
