DIGITAL DESIGNER***LONDON***£40,000 PER ANNUM***MONDAY TO FRIDAY, CORE HOURS***PERMANENT***ASAP START***|
The Digital Designer will play a key part in the digitisation of the training, learning and assessment portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible and helpful attitude when working with internal teams to create a first class digital customer experience.
The role is hands on and requires a self-starter that enjoys both conceptual thinking and the execution of projects and tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & TASKS:
*Lead on effectively leveraging educational technology to enhance the companies' training and assessment suite by applying relevant instructional design theories and practices
*Design and develop innovative and engaging digital training and learning courses using a range of design tools, particularly Rapid eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
*Consult on redesign from face-to-face to blended or online formats using video conferencing tools such as Adobe Connect.
*Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and other team members ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
*Set up and conduct proto-type testing and piloting with customers and user groups.
*Update and maintain courses within the companies' Learning Management Systems and provide LMS support.
*Actively promote use of digital assessment and learning tools to increase internal/external adoption and value.
*Formal instructional design or e-learning design qualification
*Experienced with assessment and learning principles
*Proficient with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Connect
*Knowledge and experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite
*Multi-tasking with proven problem solving skills
*Confident decision maker
*Working under pressure and meeting deadlines
*Effective communicator at all levels within the business including external stakeholders
*Passionate about the delivery of a high quality virtual learning environments

*Previous experience working in the assessment industry
