My Client one of the largest housing associations in the country is looking for a Data Analyst to be apart of there team on a fixed term contract until February 2017, you will be working within the Programme Management Team that will be responsible for the on-support, maintenance and data quality of the company's Asset Management System. You will be one of seven'Super Users' offering support to all users of the system. This role also includes data sourcing, inputting, quality assurance/control and dealing with internal information and reporting requests. Attention to detail and accuracy are vital to this role. |
Working with a team of 6 others you will provide electronic contract management support to the wider department. Ensuring monthly valuations are processed for payment and all relevant data updated correctly. Reporting required at both individual contract and program level, ability to provide detailed outputs in a variety of formats for both internal and external audiences.
You will liaise and negotiate with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure information is shared across all key business areas, with required statistics/KPI's published and available to all.
Advanced Excel skills NA, pivot tables, VLookups & formulas
General knowledge of the Governments Decent Homes Standard
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and the ability to read and understand Microsoft Project.
Experience of interpreting and presenting data sets for both internal and external audiences
Version control management
Proven ability to manage knowledge and deliver training to a variety of audiences
An understanding of contractual obligations
Demonstrable high level of influencing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise own workload
Excellent time management skills
Ability to identify and effectively escalate issues
