Our client has identified the need to engage an experienced Helpdesk Support/Call Logger to work on a busy Helpdesk. The primary responsibilities will involve taking calls from users throughout the UK, ensuring that issues are correctly identified and ticketed for resolution by the appropriate Support Technicians.

For consideration candidates must have previous Helpdesk experience, ideally gained in a general IT or EPOS environment where you will have been exposed to a variety of hardware, software and communications equipment. A first class telephone manner is essential as is the ability to de-escalate problems reported by non-technical users.

The role is required to cover shifts of 7.00 am to 4.00 pm; 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and 10.00 am to 7.00 pm and candidates must be prepared to cover these shifts as required Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may also be available.
