Are you an experienced and Senior Level Automotive Manufacturing professional with significant sales/account management/program management experience, looking for a senior level role for a key player in world class tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment?
This is a global leader in design and development of automotive interior systems for automotive OEM's.
The main focus for this role is to grow the Revenue and Profit with the Key Accounts, and the position will coordinate all client based activities with other functional groups such as quality, logistics, engineering, finance and manufacturing.
Therefore the role is responsible for:
1-Build key relationship with clients Buyers, Purchasing managers, Design engineers, Quality engineers and Logistics personnel.
2-Develop and use tools such as vehicle road-maps, customer organization charts and relationship matrices combined with product road-maps to define Account strategies
3-Update regularly the bookings plan for volume/price/product changes and be responsible for the definition of the yearly and 5 year budget goals and new business opportunities
4-To develop pricing strategies and to gain approvals at relevant level from Interiors Comfort Systems management team
To apply for this position you should have:
* Technical/Engineering/Economic Masters or Bachelor Degree is essential
* 5 Years minimum Sales/Account Management and/or Program Management experience in Automotive Industry, ideally seat and/or Seat Comfort products
* Ability to manage and influence a cross functional team
* Significant experience in providing business commercial strategy direction
