Due to continued expansion, one of Europe's largest suppliers to the digital printing and finishing industries is now looking to employ an experienced Field Service Engineer based in the South East. |
A solid working knowledge of the Print Finishing environment is essential, although full training will be given. Hands on experience with paper processing systems, folding machines, automatic delivery and stacking machines, specifically for paper handling applications would be a distinct advantage ideally with some experience within the digital industry working with continuous laser printers such as Canon, Xerox, Pitney Bowes or Hunkeler Popps equipment..
Main duties will include:
? Complete Service and Maintenance Work
? Upgrade and amend PLC software - e.g Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi controls
? Attend breakdowns - Electrical and Mechanical
? Complete installation and commissioning of new machines
? Carry out operator training
? To maintain a high level of safety awareness in line with health & safety guidelines
This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service or Maintenance Engineer within the Digital Print and Paper Finishing industries to join one of the world leading companies within the sector.
In return the company offers an excellent starting salary upto £30k with paid overtime, bonus, vehicle and pension with a pay review upon completion of probation period.
Covering the whole of the UK and Ireland from a South Eastern base the ideal candidate will live within or around Oxford, Reading, London, Guildford, Luton, Chelmsford, Brighton or Southamption.
