Job Description:

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimizer to head-up the conversion program at Cedars.


• You will improve the performance of all group marketing campaigns through deep data analysis and A/B testing of current campaigns and ongoing campaigns developed

• Share what you know about conversion rate optimization with the group's audience of marketers

• Optimize the conversion rates of the group's core Key Performance Indicators on group websites

• Working closely with other marketing teams such as Affiliate, SEO, Email and supporting them to achieve overall growth of brands

• Optimize the landing pages we use for all of our marketing campaigns

• Work proactively to identify new opportunities for optimization

• Build the groups CRO strategy to make the marketing team more effective

• Consult on campaign strategy and landing page design for new marketing campaigns

• Work side by side with marketing director to develop and validate new Conversion Centered Design principles

• Create content (whether blog posts, eBooks) for CRO

• Improve existing knowledge and acquire new skills through self-education, research and development which may be outside of normal working hours

• Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to persuasion, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view

to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market

• Disseminate knowledge and experience to the rest of the team wherever possible. Actively contribute to discussions, brainstorming sessions, and internal presentations as requested

• Other duties as assigned

Candidate Must:

• You have 5+ years' experience optimizing websites and landing pages

• You have 3+ years' experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform website experience decisions

• You have 2+ years' experience with Google Analytics and KISSmetrics and Optimizely (or similar tools)

• You have experience with Google AdWords, ClickTale and MouseFlow (or similar)

• You have strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Adwords, Facebook Ads and conversion optimization

• You are a skilled marketing copywriter on various online blogs and publications (preferably your own and as a guest on various platforms)

• You have a proven track record of successful A/B tests that have shown a positive impact on a company's bottom line

• You have strong opinions about landing page best practices, but understand that best practices constantly need to be tested

• You have excellent communication skills and use this to write case study material about A/B tests
