Description: The Strategic Sourcing Consultant engages in strategic and tactical sourcing, pursuing every available outlet (job boards, alumni networks, events, etc.) to find potential candidates to fill key vacancies for their Hiring Managers. The Sourcing Specialist proactively and reactively seeks and screens prospect candidates, accurately captures contact information, and sells opportunities to encourage prospects to apply. This person reports to the Sourcing Delivery Manager for the respective region, business unit, and/or location. Responsibilities:Accountable for sourcing highly qualified candidates in a timely manner for assigned NA the Sourcing team in collaboration and strategic consultation with Recruiters and Hiring NA understanding of the position requirements and Hiring Manager expectations via Recruiter or intake NA market intelligence and experience to plan, build, and execute on, requisition appropriate sourcing NA prospect candidates via telephone/electronic/in-person channels and tools. Including but not limited to: advanced Boolean search, Social media search, direct calling, database mining, networking, NA participate in strategic, ongoing collaboration with Recruiter and Hiring Manager partners. Providing regular consultative updates and intelligence on Sourcing progress, identifying opportunities and challenges and revising sourcing strategy when NA build and sustain a high quality diverse candidate NA to the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws, to update candidate step/status and to ensure accurate candidate data is captured and maintained in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) NA adherence to compliance and audit, as well as other deadlines and requirements, as outlined in the Service Level Agreement with the client. Experience:5+ years recent high volume/ high touch, Sourcing experience Requirements:Knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate process management, and skills assessment NA performing active candidate prospecting (i.e. direct sourcing calls) for niche requirements; engaging passive candidates via cold-calling or other sales techniquesProficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills, especially advanced Boolean searches, Sourcing from online social networksAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly NA possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet NA written and oral communication skills are crucial to be NA in Microsoft Office NA for or knowledge of applicant tracking systems NA to adapt to changing business priorities and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
