We are looking for an experienced full time Helpdesk Administrator to join a team based in Newcastle upon Tyne on a fixed term 6 months basis. This offers an excellent to work for a reputable facilities maintenance company working in a helpdesk environment. The duties involve:

* Inputting work permits into the system
* General administration, filing, emailing etc
* Supporting the office
* Processing figures
* Supporting helpdesk
If you'd like to join and contribute to a hardworking team then you must have:

* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent customer service
* A good attitude & strong work ethic
This will be working hours of 11.30am - 8pm. In return, you will receive a salary of £18,700+ per annum with additional company benefits. Please apply now with your current CV.
