Do you have excellent communication skills, customer service and experience in administration? This could be the ideal job for you. Swansea, £8.11 per hour + holiday pay.

* Dealing with incoming customer queries
* Delivering relevant documents to customers via email
* Processing and filing forms and invoices
* General ad-hoc administrative tasks
Ideally you will have experience of working as a Helpdesk Administrator.
The job offers 40 hours a week, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
