My client is seeking a Helpdesk Operative / Call centre Coordinator to join a busy team in Spennymoor
The day to day duties will include taking calls, logging jobs, calling engineers and raising invoices
The client is looking for an experienced administrator / helpdesk operative, someone who is able to multi-task and deal with incoming queries. Applicants will have some call centre/contact centre experience
This is full time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, initially for 3 months but could continue after this
Must be available for an immediate start
