I am currently recruiting for a Regional Director for a large FM company. This will be on a 6 month contract basis.|
The appointee will be responsible for managing the Account Managers across a number of PFI contracts in the NW of England. The candidate must be able to provide strategic direction to the team, and will work with clients to both build relationships and also to close out any disputes alongside the commercial team. The candidate will be responsible for the financial performance of their region.
Candidate is to be responsible for a £18M PA, with a total of 10 contracts within the scope of the role, this results in approx. 20 senior clients (both SPC clients and Authorities). The candidate will be responsible for managing 4 Account Managers, ensuring that they deliver both planned maintenance & reactive maintenance in line with the contract requirements, but also wider contract deliverables. The candidate is also responsible for delivering and presenting the financial results on a monthly basis, ensuring profitable delivery alongside the requirements of compliance.
The candidate must have previous experience of directly managing in excess of £15M of annual revenue at Director level, and have previous experience of managing Account Managers across multiple contracts. Commercial acumen is essential, ensuring that the requirements of health, education and blue light PFI's are understood and the operational teams are delivering against these requirements.
The candidate is to be responsible for liaison with client boards, and senior Trust and Authority members of staff, ensuring disputes result in minimal risk to the company, and also maintaining good client relationships. The role will report to the Managing Director with monthly reporting to the Health and Education board required across a broad range of metrics.
The candidate must be able to provide strategic direction to the Account Managers, ensuring the wider company values and vision are delivered across the contracts with improvements shared at monthly board meetings.
