Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work for a reputable design and build contractor to work on 2 new build projects valued at £8mil and £10mil based in Zone 2, North West London.|

You will be reporting into the Manager Surveyor and will be responsible for running your own project valued up to £10mil and working closely with the design and construction team to monitor build costs against the programme.
This is includes reporting any budget variances, prelim strategies and risks to the Manager Surveyor in order to monitor against the programme completion dates and overall construction budget.
* 3 - 4 years experience within the residential sector with a main contractor
* Proven track record of delivery in a fast paced construction environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
