Are you looking to progress your career as a senior planner, my client; a North London Authority is currently looking to recruit a Senior planner for a an initial 3 month with a view to be an ongoing contract dealing with a Mix case load with potential to get involved in larger applications |
The Authority is with in easy access of both under and over ground hubs and offers a broad spectrum (Urban, Conservation, etc) of applications with in the boundaries of the Authority.
* The Local Authority has a broad spectrum of existing planning applications that needs to be processed. having a good working understanding of UK Planning especially with in the London Borough would be an advantage; at a Senior level.
* The successful candidate would need to have processed reserved matters for other large schemes and who understands outline planning applications and associated section 106 agreements.
* You will be expected to negotiate with the clients and the discharge of relevant conditions, a part of this process they should be used to liaising with other departments within the Council as well as external agencies.
The contract would be for an initial 3 months with a view to NA rate for the position is between £24- £28 per hour
