provide assistance in the administration of office procedures, practices and standards, maintaining a high
level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support the Business Services team in the provision of administrative support to the business,
including printing, filing, archiving, formatting documents, travel bookings and expense
• Undertake reception duties including telephone answering, meeting and greeting clients and
visitors in a professional manner, providing prompt, efficient and courteous handling of
messages as required
• Assist with coordination of building maintenance when required, security cards, vehicle parking
and office equipment requirements in conjunction with the Business Services Team, Finance and
Procurement where applicable
• Assist with the ordering of diaries, business cards, stationery, kitchen and print supplies for the
office etc.
• Provide support to meetings, including room and equipment reservations, minutes and
refreshments as appropriate
• Assist the Business Service team with new staff inductions and OH&S training
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
• Plan and execute work in a safe and acceptable manner.
• Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities,
including preparing proposal material as required
• Complete all work in line with MWH Core Values and in accordance with the MWH Quality,
Safety & Environment Systems and Project Quality Procedures
• Minimise and control risk by commitment to the MWH Quality, Health & Safety programmes and
ensuring proactive use of our project management systems
• Other duties as reasonably required
