Job Description:

We are looking for the next customer service superstars to join our events and promotions team! If you are outgoing, energetic, a fast learner and confident, then we need you to help our company to grow! In return, we will provide in-house training, travel opportunities, options for progression into a senior management role as well as a friendly and fun working NA do we do?We run marketing campaigns for our clients who require us to use different channels to reach to their consumers in public. Our clients are looking for dynamic expansion within the nation. We need to fill our entry-level positions in a short period of time in order to provide enough qualified managers for each campaign. Please note, this position is FULL TIME and we plan on holding interviews as soon as possible. Customer service and/or retail experience will help, but is not necessary. Job Duties:Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and NA customer accounts by recording account NA product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure NA potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer NA to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This is an Entry Level position, so no experience is necessary. We do provide full training, as well as offering a 6-12 Month Management Training program to all successful candidates. Growth and upward mobility within our company is all based on individual's performance. The responsibilities are:Experience in a team related field would be an asset but not NA to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year to other branch offices for further NA communication NA personality that thrives in a high energy NA HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND DEPENDABLE VEHICLEMust have excellent English communication NA be able to commute to Kelowna on a daily basis.
