Are you an income control officer looking for your next career move? Then I may have the position for you! As my client from a local authority in North London is looking to appoint a contractor for an initial 3 month contract, with a view to extend. The client is looking to pay up to £19.68 ltd per hour.
1 To assist the Former Tenant & Revenue Control Manager and other Income Control Managers in providing a comprehensive and efficient Income Control Services including Stock Control, Tenant Managed Organisations, Rent Control, Revenue Control, Former Tenant, Direct Debit, Standing Order and DWP Direct Payment functions
1 To collect Housing Revenue Account and General Fund former tenant rent arrears in line with targets, carrying out investigation to trace tenants when no forwarding address has been provided
1 Responsible for interviewing former tenants and their representatives and visiting as required. To provide a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with queries from or initiating contact with former tenants their representatives or outside agencies
1 Provide a comprehensive Former Tenant Rent Arrears Service on a caseload basis in accordance with the council's policy. This will at times include work outside the caseload.
