About the job:
You will be part of a team responsible for the repair and refurbishment of all types of rotating machinery including submersible pumps, drywell and above ground pumping sets including ancillary equipment. This will include installation and maintenance of water related pumping plant and associated control equipment and including a variety of aspects associated within the water industry. The role requires flexibility to travel and stay away from home and participation in an out of hours call out rota may also be necessary. This challenging and varied role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity for career development within an expanding and successful business. A driving licence is required for this role.
About the successful applicant:
To succeed, you will ideally be qualified to at least City and Guilds Part 3 in Mechanical Installation and Maintenance; you also need to have similar proven experience in installation and maintenance of rotating plant within the water or associated industries. You will have completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship and have at least 2 years experience, ideally in the water or associated industries. A full driving licence is required for this role
