Data Analyst (Asset Management)- Social Housing (Fixed Term until February 2017)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Data Analyst for one of our social housing clients based in Kent, UK on Fixed Term Contract until February 2017.
Working within the Programme Management Team you will be part of the team responsible for the on-support, maintenance and data quality of our clients Asset Management System. You will be working within a team of 6, offering support to all users of the system. This role also includes data sourcing, inputting, quality assurance/control and dealing with internal information and reporting requests. Attention to detail and accuracy are vital to this role.
Working with a team you will provide electronic contract management support to the wider department. Ensuring monthly valuations are processed for payment and all relevant data updated correctly. Reporting required at both individual contract and program level, ability to provide detailed outputs in a variety of formats for both internal and external audiences.
You will liaise and negotiate with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure information is shared across all key business areas, with required statistics/KPI`s published and available to all.
A knowledge and understanding of the following is highly advantageous:
- Utilise advanced Excel skills e.g. filtering, pivot tables, VLookups & formulas - General knowledge of the Governments Decent Homes Standard - To have an understanding of the requirement of effective data condition in relation to, stock condition, asbestos, health & safety and other related property attributes - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and the ability to read and understand Microsoft Project. - Experience of interpreting and presenting data sets for both internal and external audiences
The salary on offer is between £26-34K PA DOE. Working Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
