Planner/Scheduler- Social Housing (Temporary 3 Months)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join their team on a temporary 3 month basis in Kent.
Our client pride themselves on their customer service and it is vital that you have the passion as a Customer Service professional to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers every time.
This is a fantastic position within the heart of the Direct Maintenance Team and the successful applicant will have an opportunity to play a part in delivering an exiting service to our clients residents.
You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of the Direct Maintenance Technicians workload through to resolution using a variety of systems.
Other duties include;
- Constant daily review`s of the technicians diary and jobs
- Liaising with Technicians and Residents
- Arranging follow on works
- Logging of data and notes on the computer system
- Scheduling of emergency jobs
- Monitoring of emergency mail box emails and adhering to SLA`s
- Escalation of issues to Team Leader
Accurate data entry skills, effective decision making and an ability to prioritise the workload are highly advantageous for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment, possess excellent administration skills and be computer literate.
Repairs and Maintenance knowledge is highly desireable as well as front line Customer Service experience.
This role is working Monday-Friday 34 hours per week between 8am-8pm and the occasional overtime of Saturdays available (9am-1pm). This role is an immediate requirement paying up to £13.32 GBP per hour.
