We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious quantity surveyor to join our growing team in Brixton.

As a quantity surveyor you will maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall in terms of reporting contract commercial performance.

Already experienced as a quantity surveyor you will have a HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or other commercially related discipline) and you will be RICS accredited. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and you will have an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budget/forecast. You will have experience working for a similar main contractor, in an inner city environment on a projects with values up to £20 million including commercial new build.
