Home Based in the South East ideally, to £40K + Package.
A leading Mitel Re-seller, through continued growth and expansion is on the lookout for a Mitel Skills 1st - 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to work from home to provide remote technical support to their clients, business partners and colleagues. Whilst being primarily a NOC role, you'll be encouraged an active engagement in project work so you maintain a good working knowledge and experience.
We require someone with relevant skills, qualifications and good experience on Mitel MCD, VMCD, MiCC, MiCollab, Virtualisation etc.
Key Role & Responsibilities
* Provide remote diagnoses and rectification of reported incidents within the defined contract SLA.
* Provide Technical Support to customers and colleagues on relevant telephony systems and associated applications.
* Active engagement in Project Work
Product Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 2 years telephony experience on installations, upgrades, projects, technical support and Maintenance on the following Mitel Systems and applications:
* 3300/MiVoice Business
* Mitel MCD/VMCD
