Are you an experienced Head of Contact Centre ready to take on the leadership role for our client's growing operation based in Manchester?|
This exciting and challenging role will provide the leadership and strategic decision making for the large centre and be the catalyst to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey. With a real focus on the operational aspects within the contact centre this role will play a critical part of the continued development of the organisation through its key transformation process.
Managing circa 900FTE covering Acquisition, Service and Retention
Strong Staff engagement Skills
Operationally hands on with a strategic approach
Exposure to leading and enhancing Customer Journeys
Experience working within a subscription based client an advantage
What we're looking for
As a charismatic leader from a large contact centre background you will have an excellent operational skill set. In addition you will also be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to manage the key stakeholders across the senior management team.
