In this job you will be...
An IT Support technician for our customers - we run the IT Support for around 20 small and medium businesses and as such are their "in house" support. Tasks vary from building computers, installing software, upgrading software, troubleshooting issues and meeting customers onsite face to face.

Our apprenticeships blends on-the-job experience, face-to-face workshops and online learning which will teach you a range of new skills including:
- Networking and Architecture
- Mobile and Operating System
- Cloud Services
- Coding and Logic
- Business Process
Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3
Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course.

Our client is looking for someone who is capable of working on their own and is self-motivated to work through issues but also being able to ask for help internally when needed. The successful candidate will ideally have 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English
