A small friendly IT Support company based in Nailsworth. You will become part of a team providing a complete provision and support service for business and domestic customers in Gloucestershire.

In this job you will be...
- Trained in installing, upgrading, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals
- Trained in managing backups, anti-virus protection and firewalls
- Trained to design and run IT projects and system upgrades
- Working part of your time at our office and part of your time at our clients premises which are spread over quite a larger area but mainly in Gloucestershire

Our apprenticeships blends on-the-job experience, face-to-face workshops and online learning which will teach you a range of new skills including:
Networking and Architecture
Mobile and Operating System
Coding and Logic
Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3
Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course.
Who should apply...
Our client is looking for an individual who is IT literate, has good communication skills: face to face and on the phone, basic Excel and Word skills. Successful candidate will ideally have 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Other Important Information:
If you do not have a car and driving licence you will be expected to obtain them as soon as is more practicable
Daily working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...
For the successful candidate who completes the apprenticeship our plan is that they would become an IT engineer on a permanent basis in our company.
