We are recruiting for an Associate System Administrators to join our growing company. The role will be based in our London office and will cover internal IT support tasks supporting staff from all departments. Typical duties will include provisioning (preparing laptops and mobile phones for new joiners), maintaining (monitoring and updating application systems and documentation upon which staff rely), troubleshooting (connectivity/network issues) and general IT administration.

What you'll be doing as an Associate Internal IT Support Apprentice

Anticipated performance metrics:
Client satisfaction / feedback
Service Up-time (tickets, calls, datacentre availability and other agreed SLAs and KPIs) o Growth of our Managed Services business o Training and progress completed o 3600feedback
Requires contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone or otherwise, including visits to other sites)
Requires attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Working relationships:
Professional Services personnel, primarily the MSS team
Help Desk
Executive Management
What experience / skills do I need?
You'll need at least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science.

The following skills and experience are desirable but not essential:

1-2 years' experience in an IT support role.
Basic knowledge of VoIP/softphone.
Basic Linux experience advantageous but not necessary.
Basic knowledge of WSUS, Symantec Disk Encryption, system backups.
**Please note - as this is a level 3 apprenticeship, we can't progress candidates forward if they hold any of the following qualifications: Undergraduate / Masters Degree, HND / HNC or Certificates of Higher Education.**

Your Accelerated training programme
