Working as a 1st and 2nd line IT and network support, this is a great opportunity to earn money while you learn in a government funded apprenticeship. The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship.|
What you'll be doing
Offer support in a mixture of 1st and 2nd line IT and Network support for customers with opportunity for project work as you progress
Taking and managing calls from customers.
Managing helpdesk calls and maintaining call records
Diagnosing and resolving calls as well as ensuring issues are progressed through to resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Processing customer orders for services including phone and broadband links
Supporting, operating and upgrading internal systems as part of a team delivering a high level of service to customers.
Involves working to company standards and following policies and procedures where necessary to ensure compliance with company certifications.
What experience do I need?
At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science.
