We are looking to take on an IT Support Apprentice to join our talented and but growing support team. This is to assist with expanding our global client base. The role is in our London office to work closely with clients support and business integration requests.|
This is a role with a new company in a very exciting industry dealing directly with clients. You will be part of a small team exposed to all the challenges of a start-up venture. As an IT Support Apprentice, your job includes:
System support calls
On boarding of new clients
Setting up and loading funds
Batch job monitoring and issue resolution
Ad-hoc project work
Maintaining user documentation in line with product developments
Server and workstation deployment
What skills and experience do I need?
At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science.
Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, good communications skills, drive, passion and determination.
Dedicated team player with a can-do attitude
Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
To be able to work under pressure with attention to detail
