Inside Sales Executive with IT Software sales experience - any knowledge of CRM, ERP, service management, web, cloud or SaaS software would be a real bonus. On offer is a base salary of up to £26k depending on the level of your experience, with a realistic OTE of £50-60k plus bonus and benefits. |
This is a new opportunity to work for one of our nicest clients in the Coventry area; an innovative, long standing ERP, CRM, Service Management and Cloud software company with a busy and energetic team of sales & marketing people, software implementation consultants, developers and trainers. They have been in business for over 20 years and have a reputation for providing excellent software products and outstanding service to their customers.
This is an inside full cycle sales role based on the telephone, you will very rarely be meeting clients and will demonstrate the products via the web. You will get some of your leads from the marketing team, but should also be capable of finding your own leads as well. You should be able to nurture relationships with your clients, assess their needs, talk to them about their business processes, and educate them on the benefits of the software.
You will deliver web based software demos and will be a strong deal closer. You need to be experienced in consultative software sales, but the key to success is qualification and discovery questions to find out what the client is using their software for, and focus on the prospects where the benefits are tangible.

Proven new business sales, software sales experience and ideally knowledge of SaaS or Cloud based solutions. Experienced in selling software over the phone with a consultative approach. You love winning and are a good listener who asks intelligent questions and engages your clients. You are target driven, you have good negotiation skills and a positive attitude.
