IT Service Manager - Crawley or London (1-2 days per week) & working from home (3-4 days per week)|
Paying up to £400 per day - 2 to 3 weeks' contract (possibly lead on to further opportunities)
An exciting brand-new Fintech who are changing the face of their area of financial services, is seeking an IT Service Manager to deliver their Service Operations Framework. This is a great piece of work for someone between contracts to potentially lead into something more and be part of a business that is disrupting its space.
The following items are in scope for this Work Statement:
• Design and deliver their Service Operations Framework Document - An overarching framework document that describes the customer journey (happy and unhappy paths) and reference to each of the procedure documents that touch each part. Includes roles, responsibilities and document owners.
• Produce a list of known procedures which require documenting - Completion of partial documents and creation of unwritten documents.
• Recommendation of managing the service post go-live - A review of BAU services and a recommendation on how to support the service internally and in conjunction with 3rd parties.
• Consulting on service desk management with technology partners, where this be in-house or outsourced (on/off-shore).
To confirm, there is circa 15-20 days of estimated work to carry out but there is the possibility for this to lead on to other opportunity. You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week in Crawley and can work from home for the rest of the week.
