1st Line Support Analyst - £18k - £21k |
Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst looking for a new exciting opportunity? Working for a highly successful IT Solutions company this position offer's a competitive salary (£18k-£21k) + fantastic company benefits, based in Poole.
Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst:
•Provide user support and customer service on customer supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
•To receive customer phone calls, log, prioritise, allocate and resolve Service Desk/Remote Managed Service alerts/calls by or support request from internal and external customers.
•Where an immediate fix is beyond your skillset, progress call to 2nd or 3rd line support Team member for appropriate action.
•To handle and process all calls in line with the defined Service Level Agreements, and current Customer Service procedure.
Personal attributes of the 1st Line Support Analyst:
•Previous experience in a 1st Line support role
•Experienced in working on a "managed service" service desk is advantageous
•Working to an ITIL framework
•Good oral and written communication skills
