A Microsoft .NET Product Development Consultant to be based in the south Cheshire area paying c£60,000 per year plus bonuses, benefits, incentives, with a superb working environment and a flexible approach to the business week.|
The Opportunity: We are targeting a passionate technologist (ideally a senior software engineer specialising in the development of Microsoft based products) who is looking to make the next step into a senior role and head up our client?s development and project delivery across their primary product lines. This role will be 50% hands on development and 50% managing the delivery of the project. You will be involved in the full software lifecycle and will be heavily involved in requirement gathering from field-based consultants, providing full functional analysis, quality assurance and testing, whilst driving the whole development process at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- A seasoned and hands-on .NET and SQL development skills
- Knowledge of frameworks (Microsoft/ITIL) and methodologies (PRINCE2/SSADM)
- Experience of team-leading, managing development teams and leading/delivering full software development lifecycle projects
- Product delivery/management
