My international, world leading client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy; driving and developing market plans to maximize the sales and profitability of products; marketing and product strategies and vision; pricing, profit plans and future product and service development and lifecycle.

The role of Product Manager requires a highly experienced, analytical and strategically-oriented individual with the proven ability to initiate and deliver complex initiatives to optimise business and customer value. The role requires an individual capable of simultaneously understanding the detail and seeing the bigger picture to constantly push ideas and products forward to achieve greater success. The ability to devise and effectively communicate brand and market strategies to people at all levels of an organisation is critical. An innovative and creative thinker who is action-oriented and determined to make things happen would be ideally suited to the role. Significant product management experience is essential for this role; a broad understanding of the healthcare and clinical decision support markets would also be a positive advantage.

Experience / Skills Required:
Significant experience in a product management capacity (full life-cycle);
Significant stakeholder management experience;
Excellent Project Management experience/qualifications;
Previous B2B product management experience and/or qualifications;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, as well as time management and planning and organisation skills;
Excellent analytical and research capabilities to evaluate category opportunities and challenges and uncover new customer insights;
Experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Financial/budgetary management;
Ideally experience of NHS / Pharma / Healthcare markets.
