Job Description:
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm in Covent Garden, London, you will be dealing mainly with Credit Control. You will be speaking with clients over the phone, bringing in outstanding debts; therefore we are looking to find a candidate with a confident and professional telephone manner.

You will also be reporting to the Head of Finance, who will require you to draw up invoices from purchase orders. During the festive periods, you will have the added responsibility of creating the marketing and promotional material for staff or client events during summer and the Christmas period!

Salary and Benefits:
£18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.

27 days holiday including 3 days over the Christmas and New Year period and excluding Bank Holidays! Pension and discretionary Christmas Bonus will be offered along with a seasonal ticket loan.

Is this role for you?!

Preferably you will need to have some background experience in Finance and/or administration along with being familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience within Credit Control is ideal but not necessarily essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with management as well as clients via phone and email. You will need to pay particular attention to grammar and spelling!

In order to succeed in this role and build up a rapport with your clients, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, be versatile and personable. Having a vibrant attitude, being motivated, and possessing the ability to hold your own, will reflect the kinds of people they are looking for.
