A hard services Account Manager is required for a well renowned University contract in London to deliver both strategic development and hand-on management of this account.|
You will be working for a leading specialist Mechanical and Electrical FM service provider, who have worked with this client for many years. It is desirable, but not essential that you have previous experience working in the university / college environment as a Facilities Maintenance Contract / Account Manager.
Leading an established team and mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance engineers, you will drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times. Through effective and proactive leadership, you will ensure profitable growth and look to develop business opportunities in complementary services delivery streams.
The key overall aims are
Customer Service Match or exceed the agreed contract KPI's / SLA's
Operational Management Support, lead and mentor the contract team to ensure compliance with the contract requirements
Compliance Ensure the contract is in compliance with all legislative and company policies
Health & Safety To ensure company performance on site matches or exceeds the agreed targets
Financial ensure the contract is delivering financial and commercial results in line with the contract strategic plans and set budgets
