My client is a leading manufacturer of innovative weighing systems, trusted by their customers to provide 'best in class' weighing solutions. They have a strong market presence, a varied portfolio of systems and a superb reputation for providing excellent customer service.

The Role - Field Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical Weighing)

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, repair, installation and commissioning of their range of fully automated weighing systems and weighing scales at customer sites throughout the assigned territory.

Your Background - Field Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical Weighing)

To apply you will need to demonstrate a background in a field service or maintenance engineering role. You should have a minimum of a City & Guilds / ONC qualification in Electrical Engineering and have good electrical and mechanical service and fault-finding skills. Applications are welcome from engineers with a wide range of backgrounds, as full product training will be provided, including: weighing, field service, packaging equipment, conveyors, x-ray, metal detection, check-weighers, transportation weighing, weighbridges, maintenance, ex-forces and industrial electrical environments.

The starting salary is £19K, increasing up to £22K after 8 months with OTE of £30K.
