Our client has been successfully delivering a broad range of water treatment and air hygiene management services they also specialise in Plumbing Installations and cleaning and descaling of heating and hot water plant.

Due to recent growth they are looking for an Experienced Co-ordinator / Contract Manager to develop their skills within the company based out of their Hampshire office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day requirements of various Contracts and must have a full understanding of relevant H&S Guidance documents and Industry Knowledge

A successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
An ability to produce detailed reports to a high standard
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills providing the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

The candidate will be expected to:
Gain a full understanding of the specific workings of particular contracts and the expectations of the customer
Plan works to meet with contracts KPIs
Schedule site visits
Ensure works are undertaken to the appropriate standard and documented correctly
Manage data bases
Provide recommendations on remedial works and quote works as requires
Work with clients to resolve identified issues
