Are you an Engineering or Maintenance Manager with a background in manufacturing or production looking for a role where you will be the senior point of contact on multiple sites with the opportunity for technical development and progression within a blue chip company?

You will be managing multiple sites within the Home Counties area and working to increase manufacturing and production across all sectors. Managing a team of both mechanical and electrical engineers to make sure that plant productivity is maximised while completely evolving the existing maintenance schedule to increase plant efficiency.
This role would suit an Engineering or Maintenance Manager who is looking for a role that allows them full management of a number of sites in a role that offers full technical development with great progression opportunities within a market leading company.
* Optimise performance on a number of facilities throughout the South East
* Principal point of contact for maintenance improvements and plant optimisation
* Implementing lean manufacturing and process improvements principles
* Engineering or Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing background
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement and IOSH principles
