WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff is currently seeking a Strategic Pursuit Manager, to be located in our West Region. The ideal candidate for this role will provide leadership and facilitation to execute successful marketing strategy in accordance with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff's Pursuit Management Process. The Strategic Pursuit Manager will work in conjunction with business units to formulate and execute the capture plan and lead the written development of pursuit strategy through the proposal and presentation phases. The Pursuit Manager is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of marketing strategy for major BD prospects in the Transportation & Infrastructure Sector .
The Strategic Pursuit Manager reports to the National Marketing and Strategic Manager, and is assigned to leading the marketing and sales effort for specific major opportunities and market initiatives for the US Transportation Sector. It is anticipated that this role will involve travel up to 50% of their time. As the facilitator and leader of strategic marketing efforts, this position requires hands on direction and guidance on marketing initiatives or pursuit efforts, including significant involvement in strategy development; competitive positioning; shaping, writing, and production of proposals and presentations; and leadership through the key stages of the pursuit process, including:
