About the Job

As the Seattle Lighting Studio Leader for this position will provide design and management for a large variety of high-quality national and international projects, including commercial TI projects, skyscrapers, civic plazas, transportation facilities, hotels, restaurants, educational facilities and stadia. Our Clients are top tier, internationally recognized Architects and Interior Designers.

Responsibilities include:
      • Studio leadership.
      • Business Development.
      • Financial management.
      • Management and mentorship of lighting staff.
      • Implementation of design concepts.

Job Requirements
  • 4 year Engineering or design degree.
  • 10-15 years' experience in Lighting Design. Project experience submitted for consideration should include projects on which you have actively participated in the project from the design phase through the final construction close-out.
      • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and a strongly developed understanding of practice area, client's business, competitors, and industry.
      • Maintains strong relationships with clients and external professional and industry groups.
      • Extensive and successful business development experience.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong staff management, training and mentoring skills.
