HRIS Specialist needed with an immediate start! An exciting 6 month Fixed Term Contract is now available working on a SAP (SuccessFactors) ERP System Implementation at Manchester Airport Group.
The HRIS Programme Specialist is an HR Generalist role specific to the ERP Programme. Reporting to the HR Work Stream Lead for the full duration of the programme, this role requires a high level, broad range of HR process knowledge but you are not required to be an expert in one particular area of HR. This role may suit a candidate with experience within a HR Shared Service Centre with a specific interest or experience of working with HR systems, updates/upgrades or implementations. You will have excellent customer service and be the first point of contact for HR system users with a query either over the phone or via email. Using a triage approach you will assist the internal customer with their query or escalate it it via the required route being mindful of process and system inter-dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Takes accountability for defined tasks set within the project with the aim of supporting ERP and Best Practice
  • Responsible for providing Tier One support for the CSS system which will involve basic trouble shooting across all CSS modules and password resets within the defined SLA.
  • Has or establishes a working knowledge of MAG applications and system integration and is able to understand changes in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts (working across the FLs within the HR project work stream).
  • Acts as an ambassador for the programme, projecting a positive image and message to colleagues, cascading and sharing programme information to HR team members when appropriate.
  • Assists in the testing of the HR functionality; supports the production of test scripts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deciding based on own knowledge of CSS whether or not to push further on a topic or to accept the answers/requirements/information given
