I am looking for a Plumber with some multi trade skills for a contracting position that may turn permanent; Working for a housing association in the Bournemouth area and an insurance works contractor |
The position has arisen due to an expanded client base and further growth is forecast.
Working directly for a housing association with a strong financial position and constant stream of work coming through. The team have a low turnover and have properties in the thousands. Van and fuel card will be supplied if required
* Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work on all plumbing aspects from remedial repairs to repairing flood damage to residential and commercial managed properties
* Work effectively as part of a team and individually
* Deliver 1st class finishes
* Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
* Clean & tidy
* Basic Handtools
* Be able to provide 2 references and a CV for the client
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Plumber who has a multi trade background in Domestic properties, we will be looking to progress suitable candidates asap with a view to interviewing. This is a contract role as such would not be suitable for someone who is permanently employed
