A traditional build 500+ unit site comprising of houses and apartments for private sale with elements of housing association across the various phases.
Your new role:
As an Electrician working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in Folkestone and your role will involve:
* Tray work
* 1st & 2nd fix
* Basket work
* Previous in a similar role.
* CSCS Card ideally with the relevant job role
* 110v & 240v tools
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Focused on progress.
